We had a total of 86 exhibitors bringing tractors end engines. We had 22 feature tractors,26 antique cars,45 antique trucks registered. There were 6 pieces of Caterpillar Equipment on display and being operated. There were 23 flea market and craft vendors in attendance. The NJ Blacksmith’s Association again attended the show. We probably had a spectator attendance close to 1,300 persons. The numbers were down probably due to the economy and the extreme heat we experienced that weekend. During the past year the organization started a major antique sawmill restoration. We have been in possession of a Lane 56"mill. It dates back to the turn of the 20th century and has needed a refurbishing. Vice President Steve Hujber taken the project on and had made some great strides. Last fall a new pavilion was erected on the site the mill will occupy.Hopefully as the years progresses if we get enough volunteers, the mill may be up and running by showtime.
